About Team VINYL:

  I, Johnny "The Vinyl Spinner" Komitoudis, started this business in 1998.  At first, it was all about the vinyl, but I quickly learned that it was also about good customer service.  You see, I am among many who believe that the vinyl format is TRUE to the music; at the same time, I like to be TRUE to my clients.  This is why I pay close attention to your feedback.  Meanwhile, I am also an English/ESL teacher and a freelance journalist.  Believe it or not, all of my occupations complement each other.  I would love to chat with you about this even more.  You may also find out more about me here: http://www.johnnykomitoudis.com (link opens in new window).

Craig "The Light Technician" has been doing lighting with larger lighting and DJ companies for years.  We teamed up because we share the same ideas of doing business--plus, we both think that vinyl is cool.  When you request a lighting package, you are assured the best quality of lighting because you have a professional who is focussed only on the lighting.

Alicia "The Party Hostess" enhances the quality of our service by bringing along beauty and a female connection that, no matter how hard we try, Craig and I will never attain.  When I am focussed on a perfect mix for you and your guests, she is there to make sure that I get your requests without missing a beat.  While Craig is manning the lighting and effects, she will run to him when you command, "We want more STROBE!"  And, if you decide that you want some interactive activities during your party, then Alicia is there to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

Sheba "The Fuzzy Mascot" is part of Team Vinyl because, when people come over for a free, no-obligation consultation, this friendly cat greets them and everybody falls in love with her (please note that, once in a while, she is too busy sleeping; in this case, you are welcome to ask me to disturb her).  Even Alicia's beauty and charm are no match for this furry ball of cuddles.
